Since then, he had helped us sell three homes - all within a week. He had helped us into a couple of our homes as well, and he is equally fastidious if you're a buyer or a seller. Most recently (July 2019) Jeff booked a stager to come give us pointers on how to best showcase our home. He hired a laser measurer to generate floorplans with exact measurements. He hired a pro photographer, who bit only took dozens of beautiful pictures, he also built a 3D VR tour of our home. Despite plunging market prices, with homes sitting on MLS for months at a time, Jeff still generated enough interest to have over 25 buyers view our house, one of whom submitted an offer on the 7th day on the market. With Jeff's help, we negotiated the offer to a price we were more than happy with. Unfortunately, we are moving to the island, so Jeff really wasn't the best person to help us find the right home over there, but he still spent a full day gathering information for us, and even interviewed a couple of island-based realtors to vet them before passing along their contact details and a warm introduction. Throughout this process, Jeff had remained available to help offer his insight and recommendations during the consideration and offer stages, and helped us refine our shortlist based on his understanding of our family's goals, interests and priorities. There's no wonder why heh is one of the most effective realtors in the Tri-Cities. He knows his business, works with an exceptionally high level of professionalism and high-touch service, and beyond all that, he's a great guy. After working with him several times over the past 15+ years, Jeff had become a friend in addition to being our go-to realtor. Jeff exemplifies all of the qualities and expertise you would want in a realtor, and I have no qualms about recommending him wholeheartedly and without reservation.

We were nervous about selling first and not being able to buy back in to the area we loved, but with Jeff’s expert help, we managed to pull it off and we couldn’t be happier with the end result!
